The Ministry of Social Development launches the largest disbursement of direct cash support.

Director General of the Ministry of Social Development , the Acting Minister in Khartoum State,Siddiq Hassan Frieni, inaugurated today in the Karri locality the launch of the distribution of the largest package of direct cash support to needy families, which targets 52,835 beneficiaries distributed across the seven localities of the state, amid the presence of senior leadership that included the Director of the Savings and Social Development Bank and development managers in the localities.

Siddiq Frieni stressed that this disbursement is not just an administrative measure, but a strong message of solidarity from the state towards its citizens.

Frieni saluted the steadfastness of the people of Khartoum State and their support for the valiant armed forces, without whose sacrifices we would not have been able to secure these centers and serve the citizens in a safe atmosphere.

For his part, the Director of the Savings Bank, Abdel Halim El-Shazly, revealed the formation of a technical emergency room to monitor the flow of liquidity and facilitate banking procedures for beneficiaries.
