Mass exodus of Janjaweed elements from Bara after falling into the Armed Forces’ trap

The official spokesperson for the Special Operations Forces, Mohammed Didan, revealed dramatic field details of the crushing defeat suffered by the Janjaweed militia in the city of Bara, after they fell into an ambush set up by the Armed Forces and the Special Operations Forces.

Didan described the scenes of the militia’s mass exodus from the city after they “took the bait” and belatedly realized the magnitude of the trap they had been lured into. This forced them to flee under heavy fire, leaving behind their dead and wounded in a state of utter chaos and collapse.

Air Force Hellfire Burns Militia Vehicles

In analyzing the field situation, Mohammed Didan explained that the Sudanese Air Force played a pivotal role in deciding the battle, unleashing a “hellish barrage” on the fleeing convoys, resulting in the complete destruction of a large number of combat vehicles.

Didan also pointed to the tragic scene of the wounded militia members, sacrificed by their leaders time and again, left to face their inevitable fate without the slightest moral responsibility towards them.

The spokesperson for the Special Operations Command issued a defiant message, saying, “Have you heard about the army? An army that achieved victory while besieged and without resources—do you expect it to lose when it is on the offensive today and possesses the equipment and the decision-making power?” He then called on the air force to broadcast footage showing the army’s operations in clearing Bara.
