Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris Affirms Sudan’s Solidarity with Kuwait

Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris today made a phone call to His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, during which he inquired about the situation in Kuwait following the Iranian attacks on Kuwaiti territory.

For his part, the Kuwaiti Prime Minister expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Sudanese government and people.

Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris announced Sudan’s full support and solidarity with the State of Kuwait, its Emir, government, and people, in defending Kuwait’s sovereignty and security, emphasizing that the attack constitutes a violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations. He wished the State of Kuwait security and prosperity.
