Minnawi Makes Notable Statement on Integration into the Armed Forces

Darfur Governo, Minni Arko Minnawi, emphasized the importance of proceeding with the integration of all forces, including joint forces and other organizations, into the armed forces system during the coming year. He indicated that this path represents a pivotal step towards strengthening the unity of the military institution and consolidating the country’s stability.

Minnawi added that the armed forces are a comprehensive national institution that accommodates everyone without exception and constitutes the natural framework for integrating various military formations under a single command, thus ensuring the unification of efforts and the protection of national security.

The Governor reiterated his call for support for the integration and security and military reform process, considering it one of the most important requirements of this stage and a fundamental entry point for achieving stability and development in Darfur and Sudan in general.
