Al-Burhan Calls Kuwaiti Crown Prince, Affirms Sudan’s Solidarity

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, made a phone call on Sunday to the Crown Prince of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, during which he inquired about the situation in Kuwait following the Iranian attack on its territory.
Burhan affirmed Sudan’s solidarity, both government and people, with Kuwait and its people in confronting this aggression, which targets the security and stability of the Kuwaiti people. He expressed his wishes for continued peace, security, and stability for Kuwait, while simultaneously affirming its legitimate right to defend its security and sovereignty.
For his part, the Kuwaiti Crown Prince expressed his thanks and appreciation for Sudan’s honorable stances regarding the challenges facing the countries of the region, praising the distinguished relations between the two countries.
