RSF militia positions targeted in El Fasher by drones

Field sources told “Eyewitness” that positions belonging to the Dagalo militia were targeted by an aerial attack using drones inside the city of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur State, in a security development reflecting the continued escalation of violence in the region.

The sources added that elements within the militia confirmed to “Eyewitness” the arrival of vehicles carrying the dead and wounded from the Al-Tina and Kutum areas to Nyala Hospital, amid reports of deteriorating health conditions and the suffering of the wounded due to a lack of medical care.
