PM Meets with Leaders and Representatives of the Sudanese Community in Munich

Prime Minister Professor Kamil Idris met with leaders and representatives of the Sudanese community in Munich on the sidelines of his participation in the 62nd Munich Security Conference.

He briefed them on the latest developments in Sudan and the victories achieved by the Armed Forces and their supporting forces as they clear the country of rebel militias, restore security and stability, and ensure the safe return of citizens to their homes.

The Prime Minister also discussed the efforts of the Government of Hope in providing health and education services and rebuilding institutions.

He praised the community and youth initiatives, in particular, for supporting official efforts.

He then answered questions and inquiries from members of the Sudanese community in Munich.

He appreciated their concern for their country’s situation, their monitoring of ongoing developments, and their support for the Hope Government’s efforts to rebuild and facilitate the return of citizens.
