The certificate was received by the head of the Sudanese delegation, Director of the Passports and Civil Registry Authority, Lieutenant General (Police) Osman Mohamed Al-Hassan Dinkawi, in the presence of several Sudanese officials.

The head of the Sudanese delegation, Lieutenant General Osman Dinkawi, affirmed that the inclusion of the Sudanese passport key in the ICAO General Directory is a significant step towards international recognition of the Sudanese passport.
