SAF repel drone attacks targeting Atbara Airport, confirming no casualties

Rapid Support Forces (RSF) drones resumed their attacks on the city of Atbara this morning, Wednesday, with a number of suicide drones.
According to a high-ranking source, the army’s anti-aircraft defenses intercepted the drones, confirming that there were no casualties or material losses.
The drones targeted several vital projects, most notably Atbara International Airport.
The loud explosions and anti-aircraft fire caused panic among residents, with the sounds of the attacks being heard far beyond the cities of Atbara and Ed-Damar.
It is worth noting that the militia’s drones targeted vital projects two weeks ago, including the Atbara power substation, where maintenance work is still underway. The state is currently being supplied with electricity from Khartoum State.
