Massad Boulos: “Productive” Meeting with Saudi Arabia on Sudan

The senior US advisor on Arab and African affairs, Massad Boulos, met with Saudi officials on Tuesday to discuss developments in Sudan.

Boulos described his meeting with Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and other officials as “productive.”

“We focused on our joint efforts, along with regional partners, to achieve a humanitarian ceasefire in Sudan,” Boulos said in a post on the X platform. He added, “We also discussed how the US-Saudi partnership can advance progress on regional issues.”
