high-level delegation from the Saudi Islamic Council for Disability and Rehabilitation begins an official visit to Sudan next Tuesday

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare welcomed the visit of the Saudi Islamic Council for Disability and Rehabilitation, describing it as practical proof that confirms the strength and development of bilateral relations between Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Saleh stated that the visit comes in implementation of the directives of the Government of Hope within the Ministry’s activities, which emanate from foreign partnerships.
On the first day of the visit, the Saudi delegation will engage in intensive talks, including with the Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare, Mutassim Ahmed Saleh, a member of the Sovereignty Council, and the Advisor to the President of the Sovereignty Council for Humanitarian Affairs, as well as the Minister of Defense , and the Governor of the Red Sea.
On the second day of the visit, the delegation of the Saudi World Islamic Council for Disability and Rehabilitation will meet with the Ministers of Health and Foreign Affairs, the General Intelligence Service, and the Supreme Council for Training and Apprenticeships. They will also visit the Al-Afia Health Center.
The delegation will sign a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare, focusing on providing services and projects for the disabled, especially in light of the war conditions, which have led to injuries that have doubled the number of disabled people.
