Al-Burhan Delivers Powerful Messages from the Graves of the Heroes of Dignity

In a scene embodying loyalty and gratitude, Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, visited the graves of the martyrs of the Battle of Dignity on Thursday. He stood in prayer for the souls of the heroes who sacrificed their blood and lives for the sake of the nation and to protect its soil from the defilement of the Rapid Support Forces militia. Burhan affirmed that these heroes, who have passed on to the realm of the immortals, will remain a living testament for future generations to the highest values of sacrifice and dedication. He emphasized that this steadfastness is the “way” of the Armed Forces and their unwavering, steadfast doctrine.

During his visit, Al-Burhan indicated that the sacrifices of the martyrs are the only guarantee for the nation and the Sudanese people to rest on the foundation of security and stability. He explained that the liberation of the capital and its cleansing from the rebels was achieved thanks to these pure souls. Burhan clarified that by visiting and inspecting these historical landmarks of sacrifice, the state sends a clear message that the blood of the martyrs will not be shed in vain, and that the armed forces are continuing on the path of honor and sovereignty until the entire homeland is liberated and the pillars of a strong Sudanese state are firmly established.
