The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Ahmed Mudawi Moussa, inspected today the ongoing arrangements for the stability of the Ministry’s employees and the start of practicing their work from the Ministry’s new headquarters in the Minerals Building, south of Khartoum. This is within the framework of the state’s policy aimed at creating conditions for the safe return of citizens of Khartoum State.
Prof. Mudawi was briefed on the readiness of the offices, the availability of basic services, and plans to create a work environment to ensure the flow of institutional performance and the restoration of administrative activity in a gradual and orderly manner, stressing that this step comes within the framework of implementing the state’s directions and enhancing the job status.
He pointed out that the Ministry places at the top of its priorities the safety of its employees and the creation of a suitable work environment that contributes to improving performance and providing services efficiently. He explained that the return of institutions to their headquarters represents a message of reassurance and a real beginning of the recovery phase and the return of work to normal.
He indicated that his ministry has started to develop an integrated plan to ensure a smooth transition to the new headquarters, including preparing infrastructure, providing basic work requirements, and addressing the challenges that may face employees during the next phase. He stressed the importance of concerted efforts and working in a team spirit to make this step a success, praising the efforts of the departments and employees of the Ministry in following up on the technical and administrative arrangements.
