Today, at the Al-Kawthar Hall of the Urban Water Authority in Atbara, a workshop on empowering people with disabilities was inaugurated.

The two-day workshop, held to commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, is sponsored by the River Nile State Ministry of Social Affairs, supervised by the SFPA – River Nile Branch- and supported by UNICEF. The workshop targets people with disabilities from other organizations and aims to enhance their skills and empower them, as well as promote awareness, knowledge, and communication skills between them and the community.
