Launching a successful training program for (125) young men and women affected by the war

The British organization “Human Appeal” announced the launch of a training program for 125 young men and women affected by the war, in coordination with the Supreme Council for Human Development and Labor. During the opening of the training course at the Vocational Training and Business Skills Center in Karrei, Zul Kaffar Ali Mohammed, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Human Development and Labor, stressed the importance of youth in development and in the recovery program through capacity building.

He announced the launch of training programs under the auspices of the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, who emphasized his keenness to seek knowledge and praised the participation of youth in the battle for dignity effectively, as well as their support for the armed forces and other forces participating with the army. He pointed out that the program targets youth to create jobs to support the labor market , , pointing out that it is the opening of courses that come successively for more specialized professions, and praised the “Human Appeal” organization, and its role in building the reconstruction process, and stressed the need to benefit from the course, revealing arrangements to create a wider package that includes (5) thousand trainees, and we seek to find funding for other specializations

For his part, Hassan Mohamed Adam, Director of the Vocational Training and Business Skills Center in Karri, stressed the importance of knowledge and skill in development.

He said that the training program is a separation between stagnation and the start of the next stage, especially that the past period was characterized by frustration and unknown fate, but the future is promising, and through this course, we create a future to change the dark reality, supply the labor market and spread the culture of self-employment so that the trainee can be an employer and can employ himself.

Elham Mubarak Ahmed, Director of Programs at the “Human Appeal “, said that it is a special day, and that the project started early, and pointed out that the training program includes (4) fields (blacksmithing, plumbing, electricity, and computer basics), in order to help create job opportunities, especially that they are almost non-existent, and stressed the need to benefit from the program to raise skills and the standard of living.
