Khartoum Health Director Praises SAPA’s Efforts in Rehabilitating Bahri Teaching Hospita

The Director General of the Khartoum Health Ministry, Dr. Fateh Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, praised SAPA for its great efforts in rehabilitating Bahri Hospital during an inspection visit he made today to the Khartoum Bahri Teaching Hospital, accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Al-Bashir, Director of the General Directorate of Therapeutic Medicine in the state.

The Director General stressed that the hospital will enter service within two weeks, promising the citizens of the Bahri locality the return of health services, and calling on medical cadres to return and contribute to its operation. He expressed his appreciation to SAPA for its interventions in a number of health institutions and its role in supporting the stability of services, also thanking the popular resistance.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Bashir explained that the visit comes within the framework of the supervision and close follow-up of the progress of work in the various departments, pointing out that the departments of accidents, obstetrics, and nephrology will return to work at full capacity with the completion of the integrated medical package.

He added that the Department of Plastic Surgery will operate within a system that includes ten hospitals, which will enhance the provision of specialized services to citizens.
