Freni appreciates the efforts of Health Insurance in Khartoum State

The Minister of Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Health Insurance Authority in Khartoum State, Siddiq Hassan Farini, praised the Authority’s efforts and contributions in opening free treatment channels for the citizens of Khartoum State within the framework of the state’s plan towards reconstruction and providing the necessary services to the people of the state and supporting the voluntary return program for citizens, stressing the continuity of free treatment days to include the necessary sectors of society.

He stressed the importance of providing medical support and health support to the armed forces and organizing a day that elevates the greatness of these forces. This came during his extended meeting with the labor leaders of the Khartoum State Health Insurance Authority, where the Director General of the Authority, Dr. Essam El-Din Abdel Qader, reviewed the workflow plan for the last quarter of the year (2025), and one of its most prominent activities was the free treatment days, the multiplicity of its goals, and the promotion of the restoration of services in the state.

He provided an enlightenment of the plan and budget for the year (2026) and the general features of the projects that come within the framework of serving and covering the citizens of Khartoum State and receiving medical services.
