Sovereignty Council Denies Negotiations with Rebels in Washington

The Council affirmed that the circulating reports are completely false, explaining that the state’s position is firm and clear regarding any dialogue or settlement, which is its commitment to a national solution that preserves the country’s sovereignty, unity, stability, and the rights of the Sudanese people.
