Khartoum Governor Praises Qatar’s Support for State Citizens During War

Khartoum Governor Ahmed Osman Hamza today received the Director of the Qatar Red Crescent, Dr. Salah Al-Da’ak, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the State Government, Al-Hadi Abdel-Sayed Ibrahim, and the Director-General and Acting Minister of Culture, Information, and Tourism, Al-Tayeb Saad El-Din.

Khartoum Governor praised Qatar’s support for Sudan and Khartoum State during the war by providing food aid.

Al-Da’ak stated that his visit to Khartoum comes within the framework of continuing Qatari support for Khartoum State, most notably its support for the Ministry of Health to combat dengue fever, its support for environmental sanitation campaigns, the provision of medical equipment to state hospitals, and its support for the Habib Al-Rahman Kidney Dialysis Center.
