A new journey for the students of the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at Ibn Sina University

In an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and aspiration towards a promising future, the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs at Ibn Sina University announced the start of the study for first-level students at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences for the first semester of the academic year for the postponed secondary certificate for the year 2023, starting today, Sunday, October 19, 2025. The Municipality explained that the study will be launched at the university’s headquarters in Khartoum, in addition to the hosting center at Shendi University, and the centers of Ibn Sina University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt, providing the opportunity for students from various regions to study.
Dr. Al-Nazir Mohammed Al-Noor, Secretary of Scientific Affairs at the University, confirmed his happiness with the joining of a new batch of sons and daughters of the country to the College of Nursing Sciences, stressing the importance of their contribution to the healthcare sector.
Supervisor of the Nursing Program, Kawthar Mohammed, welcomed the students at the beginning of their academic careers, expressing her happiness to join the College of Nursing Sciences family. She stressed that this stage represents the beginning of a scientific and professional responsibility that deserves pride, pointing out the college’s keenness to prepare qualified competencies capable of effectively contributing to the development of health services and raising the level of nursing care inside and outside Sudan.
