The Sudanese army has taken control of Kazgil

The Sudanese army has repelled a massive attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces on the city of Kazgil, south of El Obeid. Eyewitnesses said that fierce fighting took place in the city on Saturday morning following an attack by the Rapid Support Forces.

They added that the Sudanese army and its fighters were able to chase the Rapid Support Forces out of the city after inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment.
