Federal Health Insurance Supervisory Team Calls for Activities to Support Social Protection

The head of the Federal Supervision Team of the National Fund’s branches in the states, the Director of the Health Services Department headed by the NHIF, Dr. Al-Siddiq Al-Tayeb Wahaballah, called on the benefactors and organizations to support the operations of covering families under the insurance umbrella.

During a meeting with the Executive Unit for Health Insurance in Sennar, he stressed the importance of working to find activities that support social protection, especially in light of the widening circle of poverty due to the war.
Dr. Wahaballah called for activating rational use activities to achieve justice and provide services through joint work with partners that turns into a space for humanitarian work.

For his part, the Director of the National Health Insurance Fund Branch in Sennar State, Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Hussein, affirmed the branch’s commitment to enforcing the directives of the supervisory team and the policies of the Fund’s presidency.
Dr. Al-Hussein pledged to implement the 100-day plan, especially in the aspect related to the reconstruction of the branch’s headquarters and facilities in the localities affected by the war.
