With the participation of more than 95 participants from humanitarian initiatives in North Kordofan State, the activities of the training workshop organized by the Capacity Building Axis of the Early Recovery Initiative concluded today. The workshop witnessed rich interaction and deep discussions on the concepts of self-management and time.

Participants discussed that self-management means managing time, youth, money, and knowledge towards lofty goals, and ways to overcome procrastination. Procrastination can be addressed by making clear plans, sensing responsibility, and using modern technologies. The workshop pointed out that administrative delegation benefits the manager, the delegate, and the institution together by raising efficiency, building trust, and developing capabilities.

The workshop was not just a lecture, but a space to exchange experiences and formulate practical strategies that will enhance participants’ skills.

Reyada Volentary Centre thanked Dr. Abbas Abdullah Al-Hussein for his great effort, and all the participants who made the workshop a platform for collective learning and self-development
