Breaking News: Bara is Free

Informed military sources confirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces, supported by the Joint Forces, were able to regain full control of the city of Bara in North Kordofan State today, following fierce battles that ended with the expulsion of the Rapid Support Forces militia from the city.
The sources added that the operation came within the framework of the Armed Forces’ ongoing military advances on the Kordofan fronts, noting that the recapture of Bara represents a new strategic gain that strengthens supply lines and paves the way for the complete liberation of other areas in the state.
They added that the joint forces immediately entered the city and began combing operations to secure neighborhoods and vital facilities, amid a widespread popular welcome from residents who expressed their relief at the return of the Armed Forces.
This development comes days after the army announced its control of other strategic locations in North Kordofan, as part of its operations aimed at restoring stability and reasserting the authority of the state.
