Madbouly receives Kamel Idris on his first foreign visit

Sudanese Prime Minister Dr. Kamel Idris arrived in Cairo this morning (Thursday) on his first official visit since assuming office in late May.

He was received at Cairo International Airport by his Egyptian counterpart, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, and the Sudanese embassy staff in Cairo. The two sides are expected to hold bilateral talks throughout the day regarding strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.

The Prime Minister’s visit to Egypt will last for two days, during which he is expected to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The accompanying delegation will also hold talks with their Egyptian counterparts.
