Dr. Farouk confirms the ability of the( NHIF ) to implement the 100-day plan without deviation

The steps implemented by the National Health Insurance Fund ( NHIF ) in the 100-day plan of the Government of Hope have been praised by state institutions and agencies. During a meeting with the directors of the Fund’s departments, the Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Noor Al-Daem, confirmed the ability of the Health Insurance to enforce the plan without deviation, in line with the directives of the Government of Hope in general and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare in particular.

He said that the implementation of the 100-day health insurance plan is proceeding in accordance with the directives of the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Mutassim Ahmed Saleh, who directed teamwork within the ministry, cooperation, and matching the ministry’s goals to achieve protection and social development.

Dr. Nour Al-Daem stated that the axis of coverage and providing services to the returning IDPs is one of the priorities of the 100-day plan , and it will find great support among state institutions and the targeted segments.

He stressed the Fund’s keenness to coordinate with partners and government units to implement the plan, especially the Ministry of Health, the Childhood Council, and coordination with the Zakat Bureau in retargeting poor families, especially since the health insurance has a registry containing more than 35 million subscribers, and said that it will help to complete the unified national social register announced by the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Mutassim Ahmed Saleh.
