Youth are the backbone of society, says National Union of Sudanese Youth official

Dr. Hassan Kamal El-Din, Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Advisory and Preparatory Committee of the National Union of Sudanese Youth, emphasized that youth are the backbone of society, the foundation and basis of reconstruction and development, and the nation’s protective shield.
He added that this was clearly demonstrated by their participation in the Battle of Dignity, their defense of the homeland, and their sacrifice of their lives to liberate it from the Rapid Support Forces militia.
Kamal El-Din stated in press statements that youth are the ones who achieve development, rebuild the nation, and build the nation. Therefore, the idea of a comprehensive national entity called the National Union of Sudanese Youth, bringing together all Sudanese youth, emerged to rebuild what the war has destroyed in the coming period.
This vision and strategy is to preserve nationalism and the unity of Sudan, and to achieve projects, primarily the development and reconstruction of Sudan, and to provide a comprehensive vision for healing wounds and the injured, caring for the families of the martyrs of the Battle of Dignity, and establishing international youth platforms that address the international community and purpose-driven organizations that offer charitable assistance to Sudan.
He stressed the need to include youth in Sudan’s development, make their voices heard, harness their energies, establish small factories to replace destroyed factories, and implement projects to bridge the economic gap.
He stated that there are many projects, including the redevelopment of sports infrastructure, honoring the families of sports martyrs, and participating in large-scale projects through youth-led electronic platforms.
He noted that there is a comprehensive vision through media programs and youth sector training.
He affirmed that the Union’s vision is to provide sustainable development that serves Sudan without deviating from any particular trend.
He stated that the Union’s doors are open to all youth without discrimination or classification.
