Undersecretary of the Ministry of Minerals commends a number of initiatives and projects

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Minerals, Dr. Hind Siddiq, reviewed a number of unique initiatives and projects that reflect the development of institutional work and effective performance across the ministry’s various sectors.
During her visit and greeting the various branches of the ministry on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, Dr. Hind expressed her deep appreciation for the initiatives implemented on the ground, noting that they represent exemplary models in planning and implementation.
She highlighted a number of highlights during her visits, including the Model Salt Project, implemented by the General Authority for Geological Research, due to its promising economic and strategic value and its reflection of an effective development approach.
The Sudanese Mineral Resources Company’s advanced efforts in mining awareness and guidance, particularly in the areas of the environment, occupational safety, and workers’ rights, embody a high sense of social responsibility.
The launch of a Sustainability Department and a specialized artificial intelligence department within Ariab Company, a step aimed at promoting innovation and advancing the achievement of sustainable development goals.
The implementation of a single window for gold exports, in coordination between the Ministry of Minerals and relevant authorities, represents an effective model that contributes to accelerating procedures, developing services, and enhancing transparency and institutional efficiency.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry commended the efforts made by cadres across various agencies, emphasizing that team spirit and collaborative work are the cornerstone of the Ministry’s success in the next phase.
