Khartoum announces completion of arrangements for 2024 secondary school exams on June 29

Today, a meeting of the Higher Committee for the Organization of the 2024 Secondary School Certificate Examinations was held, chaired by the Director General of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Qarib Allah Mohamed Ahmed.
The meeting was attended by the Director Generals of the Ministries of Finance, Culture, and Information, the Executive Directors of the Localities, a representative of the Police, the Public Transport and Petroleum Administration, and the General Directorates of the Ministry of Education.
Dr. Qarib Allah confirmed that the state is fully prepared to conduct the exams on the 29th of this month, thanks to the close support and follow-up from the Governor of Khartoum, members of his government, the Ministry of Finance, and all the benefactors.
He added that the meeting discussed administrative, technical, financial, and security arrangements. The number of exam centers within Khartoum State in its seven localities reached (215), and the number of students sitting for the exams reached (27,640). More than (2,120) male and female teachers will participate.
