Kabbashi Meets Prime Minister

Lieutenant General Shams El Din Kabbashi, Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council，Deputy Commander-in-Chief, met today with Prime Minister Dr. Kamil El Tayeb Idris.

The Sovereignty Council member congratulated the Prime Minister, wishing him success in fulfilling his duties and fulfilling the aspirations of the Sudanese people for further progress and prosperity, and establishing the foundations of security, stability, peace, and development.

For his part, Dr. Kamil Idris affirmed his commitment to achieving security, stability, and peace, moving Sudan toward broader horizons, and ending the suffering of its citizens.
He said, “We will work to serve the citizens and fulfill their aspirations for pride, dignity, and the desired development.” He praised the victories achieved by the armed forces and their supporting forces in defeating the rebel terrorist militia.

The meeting addressed the overall situation and challenges facing the country, as well as efforts to sustain peace and security.
