Agar meets Pro Medichno delegation headed by the organization’s Director General

Deputy Head of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, met today with a delegation from Pro Medichno, headed by Eric Blanchot, the organization’s Director General, and attended by Regional Director Dr. Vincent Darak and Rami Katata, the organization’s advisor.
Agar was briefed on the organization’s work program and its plan to engage with official government institutions and Sudanese civil society organizations.

His Excellency urged that community reconciliation be at the forefront of the organization’s agenda in Sudan, as it is the foundation for building a post-war Sudan and eliminating the causes of war in the future.

For his part, the organization’s delegation emphasized the necessity of achieving reconciliation in Sudan and pledged to include it on their agenda during their work in the country.
