IGAD Executive Secretary Receives U.S. Ambassador to Djibijti

The Executive Secretary of IGAD, Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu received in his office the U.S. Ambassador to Djibouti,
Cynthia Kierscht.
The meeting discussed
discussed the regional peace and security landscape, with an emphasis on strengthening the U.S.-IGAD partnership to advance peace across the region.

Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu posted the following on the occasion:

“Received Ambassador Cynthia Kierscht, U.S. Ambassador to Djibouti, in my office, where she formally presented her credentials.
We held discussions on the regional peace and security landscape, with an emphasis on strengthening the U.S.-IGAD partnership to advance peace across the region.
