Arrangements for the national campaign for the distribution of impregnated nets in five states are completed

The Director of the Department of Integrated Vector Control at the Federal Health, Hamza Sami Al-Jack, confirmed the completion of all training for the activities of the mosquito net distribution campaign at the state and local levels in the first phase states (Blue Nile, White Nile, Gedarif, North Kordofan, South Kordofan), with 4,186,000 mosquito nets to cover approximately 8 million people.

Al-Jack said in a press statement that the registration phase of families began in most localities, accompanied by health promotion activities, in preparation for the distribution of mosquito nets, scheduled for May 28.

He appealed to citizens to cooperate with health promoters and provide the required information.
