Khartoum Governor bids farewell to the third voluntary return convoy to Gezira State

The Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Osman Hamza, bid farewell today from Omdurman to the voluntary return convoy to Gezira State on board (13) buses, which were sponsored by the General Intelligence Service, the Ansrafi Initiative, Tarco for Aviation and Matab Road Transportation Company
This was in the presence of the Director General of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism, Al-Tayeb Saad Al-Din, the Acting Director of the Khartoum State Security Authority, Al-Waleed Bayoumi, the Executive Director of Omdurman Locality, Saif Al-Din Mukhtar, and a number of leaders of the General Intelligence Service.
The Governor of Khartoum said that the citizens of Gezira State deserve the support of the entire people because their favor to Sudan in general, as the Gezira Scheme has historically represented the lifeline and the time has come for us to repay those who have done us favors.
The Governor of Khartoum saluted all those who participated in the Battle of Dignity who expelled the militia from the Gezira and its people returned to rebuild it.
The Governor of Khartoum also praised all the parties that contributed to the voluntary return and are still operating convoys, most notably the General Intelligence Service, the Ansrafi Initiative, Tarco Aviation and Matab Road Transportation Company.
The Acting Director of the Khartoum State Security Authority, Major General Al-Waleed Bayoumi, said that the role of the General Intelligence Service does not stop at supporting the war effort and participating in operations, but rather helping citizens who were displaced by the rebel militia and supporting the executive authority in restoring services and achieving stability within the framework of efforts to normalize life.
The representative of the Al-Ansrafi Initiative spoke about the voluntary roles supporting the Dignity War and said that there are many loyal patriots and national companies that played roles no less important than carrying a gun.
He added that what we are doing is loyalty to the patient people and loyalty to the martyrs and the missing wounded, announcing that the return convoys will continue until the last citizen who wants to return to his home is deported and that registration is open.
