Al-Burhan congratulates Joseph Aoun on his election as President of the Lebanese Republic

Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to President Joseph Aoun on his election as President of the Lebanese Republic, wishing him success, and for relations between the two countries to continue to develop and grow.

Al-Burhan said in his cable, “On behalf of the government and people of Sudan, I would like to extend to you my warmest congratulations on your election as President of the sisterly Republic of Lebanon.

Al-Burhan expressed his wishes for the President of the Lebanese Republic for success and prosperity, stressing that his wise leadership will contribute to achieving stability and security in Lebanon.

Al-Burhan added, “We look forward to working with you to strengthen and enhance joint cooperation at all levels, and develop relations between the two countries.
