Police Director inspects the workflow of the Civil Registry, Passports and Immigration Departments

Lieutenant General (Police)， Khalid Hassan Mohi El-Din, , today reviewed the efforts of the Civil Registry, Passports and Immigration Departments in providing services to the public in the following transactions: issuing identification documents, including national numbers and passports, in the presence of Lieutenant General of Police Abdel Moneim Mohamed Abdel Qayyum, Head of the Financial Affairs Authority.
He was received by Major General of Police Osman Mohamed Al-Hassan Dinkawi, Director of the General Department of Passports and Immigration, and Major General of Police Sami Al-Siddiq Dafallah, Director of the General Department of the Civil Registry.
The Director General of the Police Forces received a comprehensive briefing on the efforts of these departments in providing services to citizens.
He reviewed the progress of these procedures in the field and directed to facilitate them and simplify their procedures in accordance with the regulations and laws regulating this and to work on overcoming difficulties and addressing the problems that hinder this so that those seeking these services enjoy a service that meets their ambitions and fulfills their desires.
