Al-Burhan meets the popular delegation of the people of Wadi Halfa

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan met today with the popular delegation of the people of Wadi Halfa.

Ali Hassan Sayed Ahmed Batik, head of the delegation, said that the meeting addressed the overall humanitarian, service and developmental conditions and issues, and the importance of upgrading the crossings and Wadi Halfa Airport to achieve the desired development.

He pointed out that the delegation congratulated the Head of the Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, on the victories achieved by the armed forces in the theaters of military operations, stressing the delegation’s support and backing for the armed forces as they fight the battle of dignity and pride to defeat the rebellious terrorist militia.
