Al-Burhan congratulates the Emir of Qatar on National Day

Head of the Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

Al-Burhan said, “As your country celebrates its National Day, I am pleased to extend to you, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Sudanese people, my warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for development and prosperity for your brotherly people, and for you good health and happiness.”
Al-Burhan praised the fraternal and strong relations between the two countries, stressing his determination to consolidate and enhance joint cooperation in all fields to broader horizons, in order to achieve the common goals of the two countries, and the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
