Al-Burhan: We are moving towards eliminating and eradicating the rebellion

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lt Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan said that the armed forces, other regular forces and mobilized forces are moving with all determination and resolve towards eliminating the rebellion and eradicating the criminal RSF terrorist militia.

His added, while addressing today the ‘Eastern Sudan Women’s Issues Conference’, that the talk about calling for a conference for political forces is incorrect, stressing that there is no settlement with any political party, indicating that what is being rumored in this regard is completely false.
He added, “The door of repentance and return to the truth is open to all who laid down their arms and turned to peace.”

Al-Burhan stressed the state’s interest in women’s issues, calling for the need to benefit from the resources of the East in developing and advancing women in Eastern Sudan, praising the role it has continued to play in upgrading and developing the East.
His Excellency praised all Sudanese women across the country for standing by the armed forces and providing support to them to defend the homeland.

He stressed that he will personally follow up on the implementation of the outcomes of this conference until they find their share of implementation.

The conference was attended by the governors of the eastern states, representatives of the diplomatic corps, leaders of the official state agencies, women’s sectors in eastern Sudan and various media outlets.
