U of K Vice-Chancellor inspects the examination centers in Atbara and Shendi

University of Khartoum U of K) Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Emad El-Din El-Amin El-Taher Ardeeb, conducted today an inspection tour to the examination centers for the fourth session in the cities of Atbara and Shendi.
He was accompanied during the tour by Dr. Mahmoud Ali Ahmed, the Deputy Rector of the University, in the presence of Dr. Al-Arqam Al-Sanhoury, Director of the Nile Valley Examinations Center in Atbara, and members of the committee supervising the exams. . During his tour, Professor Ardeeb praised the role played by the Nile Valley and Shendi universities in the success of the fourth session of the University of Khartoum as it reflects great efforts in the arrangement from all stakeholders.
He added that the number of examination centers reached seven, including four internal ones, including the Nile Valley, Shendi, Gedarif, and Imam Al-Mahdi, in addition to three external centers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Cairo, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates.
The current session targeted twenty college exams, and started today with ten colleges, in which approximately 7,500 male and female students in all centers participate, with their distribution among the bachelor’s and postgraduate committees.
In a related context, Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Ali, the Deputy Rector of the University of Khartoum, confirmed that the university is working hard to secure the financial resources required to meet the needs of the exams.
He pointed out that they are ready to provide the necessary logistical aids, to ensure the successful conduct of the exams according to the specified schedule, in line with the academic evaluation approved by the Scientific Affairs Secretariat and the University Deans Council.
