Head of the TSC congratulates the President of Uganda

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.

Al-Burhan said in his cable, “On the occasion of the National Day of our sisterly Uganda, I am pleased to extend to you, on behalf of the government and people of Sudan, my sincere congratulations and blessings.
