Deputy Head of the TSC receives the Director of WHO Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Aqar Ayre, eeceived in his office in Port Sudan, the Director of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanum, in the presence of the Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham. Mohamed Ibrahim and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His Excellency presented a detailed report on the health and humanitarian conditions in the country, especially after the war launched by the Rapid Support Militia and its impact on the health and humanitarian situation in the country, expressing his hope that these conditions are recognised by the international and regional community. The Minister of Health in charge, said, in a press statement, that the Deputy Head of the Sovereignty Council provided a full enlightenment about the situation in Sudan and the developments taking place now, as a result of the repercussions of the war and its impact on the health and humanitarian situation in the country. He stated that the Director of the World Health Organization promised to support Sudan at the current stage and provide all health aid to citizens and those affected by the war.
