NVU Promotions Committee recommends promotion of a number of professors, refers some requests to Arbitrators

Professor Hassan Al-Sa’im, Vice Chancellor of Nile Valley University (NVU) chaired the meeting of the RNU Promotions Committee at the university in the presence of Dr. Al-Amin Al-Tayeb Al-Tahir, Pro- Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Abdel-Majeed, Secretary of Scientific Affairs, Rapporteur of the Committee, Professor Abdel-Rahim Abdel-Wahab, deans of a number of colleges, and the rest of the committee members.
The committee reviewed the submitted requests for promotion.
During the meeting, it was recommended to the Vice-Chancellor to promote a number of faculty members to the rank of Associate Professor and refer a number of requests to Arbitrators from outside the university.
Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Abdel-Majeed, Secretary of Scientific Affairs at the Nile Valley University, indicated that the committee will continue to meet to consider requests to promote a number of faculty members to the rank of Professor.
The committee praised the efforts of the promoted professors in enriching scientific research at the university and their dedication to teaching students, in addition to their efforts in serving the community.
Professor Hassan Al-Sa’im, the University Vice-Chancellor and Chairman of the Faculty Promotions Committee, congratulated those who were promoted, wishing them further progress in the field of scientific research, teaching and community service.
