Head of the TSC meets a delegation of scholars and preachers

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lieutenant-General Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan received, today, a delegation of scholars and preachers.
The meeting discussed the overall situation in the country.
For his part, member of the delegation, Dr. Taha Abdeen, said in a press statement that the delegation of scholars conveyed to the Head of the Sovereignty Council the thanks and appreciation of the Sudanese people for their strong and firm stance towards the people’s issues, and their wise leadership of the Sudanese armed forces and the forces supporting them from the mobilizers and the popular resistance.
He praised the victories of the armed forces in the various battle axes, stressing that the imams, preachers and scholars stand with the army in the battle of dignity, indicating that the delegation presented, during the meeting, a vision to contribute to addressing some political, economic and security issues, within the framework of the post-war reform process
