Al-Burhan meets the Sudanese Ambassador to Angola

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan* met today with the Sudanese Ambassador to the Republic of Angola, Ambassador Abdul Raouf Amer Ali Amer, on the occasion of his farewell to assume his duties.

This was in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin.

Ambassador Abdul Raouf said in a press statement that the meeting with the Head of the Sovereignty Council was fruitful and constructive, in which he listened to the advice and guidance of Al-Burhan on the necessity of developing and upgrading Sudan’s relations with the Republic of Angola, referring to the historical relations between the two countries.
He said that he will do his utmost to develop this relationship in a way that serves the interests of Sudan and enhances the prospects for joint cooperation.
