Jaafar Al-Mirghani: Cairo conference is a big step to resolve the Sudanese crisis

Jaafar Al-Sadiq Al-Mirghani, Deputy Head of the Sudanese Democratic Union Party, stated on Saturday that Egyptian efforts to resolve the Sudanese crisis are not new, and stressed that it aimed at ending the war in the first place.

Al-Mirghani added, in exclusive statements to Cairo News Channel, on the sidelines of the Sudanese political and civil forces conference held in the Egyptian Administrative Capital under the slogan “Together to Stop the War in Sudan,” that organizing the conference is a big step to resolve the crisis, and the Egyptian initiatives are not the first in this regard, pointing out that the main goal is to stop the war first, then study the transitional phase until elections are held.
