Prosecution publishes an announcement of fugitive defendants

The Supreme Prosecutor in Sudan issued a publication notice against “23” defendants from the leaders of Freedom and Change on charges of incitement, crimes directed against the state, undermining the constitutional order, war crimes and genocide.

The announcement asked those named to surrender themselves to the nearest police station or point within two weeks.
The order includes each of “Ihab Al-Tayeb Bellah, Siddiq Al-Siddiq Al-Mahdi, Wajdi Saleh, Orwa Al-Sadiq, Al-Taher Hajar Abu Bakr, Fadlallah Baramah Nasser, Nasr Al-Din Mufreh, Salah Ahmed Al-Hajj Manna, Madani Abbas Madani, Al-Tayeb Othman Youssef.

The decision also included “Ibrahim Ahmed Muhammad Othman Al-Mirghani, Muhammad Al-Hassan Al-Bushi, Sabah Muhammad Al-Hassan, Ibrahim Abdullah Bakal Siraj, Abdel Moneim Al-Taher Al-Rabie, Ali Al-Rih Al-Sanhouri, Nasr Al-Din Hussein, Muhammad Ismat Yahya, Osama Saeed Wehbe, Al-Hadi Idris Abkar, Hanan. Hassan Hussein Khalifa, Khaled Idris Shawish and Hisham Ali Muhammad Ali.
