Head of the TSC congratulates Russian President on his country’s National Day

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to Mr. Vladimir Putin, President of the Federal Republic of Russia, on the occasion of his country’s National Day, wishing the Russian people continued development and growth.

In his cable, Al-Burhan expressed the desire of the Sudanese government and people to “advance the prospects for bilateral cooperation and strengthen relations between Sudan and Russia in a way that serves the common interests of the peoples of the two countries.”
