Deputy Head of the TSC heads to Russia

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Aqar Ayre, headed today to the Russian city of St. Petersburg in an official visit that will last several days to participate in the activities of the twenty-seventh session of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, accompanied during the visit by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Finance and Minerals.
He was seen off at Port Sudan International Airport by the Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssef.
During the visit, Agar will hold discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the course of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, and the developments of the current war and its impact regionally and internationally.
