Deputy Head of the TSC Back Home

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Commander Malik Aqar Ayre, returned to the country yesterday evening after a one-day official visit to Uganda. He was accompanied during the visit by the acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin Al-Fadil.

He was received at Port Sudan International Airport by the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Yassin Ibrahim, and a number of state officials.

During the visit, Agar held official discussions with Ugandan President Yoreni Museveni, which dealt with the course of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, and open horizons for joint cooperation in all fields.
